Vardanyan

Ruben Vardanyan is an Armenian and Artsakhi political and public figure, born on 25 May 1968. In addition to being the State Minister of the Artsakh government, Ruben Vardanyan is an influential Armenian business leader, social entrepreneur, and philanthropist. Together with his family and partners from around the world, Ruben has driven more than $1.5 billion towards advancing economic development, addressing humanitarian challenges, and supporting global education initiatives.

You may submit a complaint to the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan. I have sent a physical letter

You can send a physical letter to either the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Azerbaijan (AZ 1000, Azerbaijan, Baku, 80 Uzeyir Hajibeyli Street, Gate N.2) or the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan (AZ 1001, Azerbaijan, Baku, 7 Nigar Rafibeyli Street). To do so, please use your country’s postal services and pay any required fees.
